Located in Kenilworth, Highlands is close to golf courses, Newlands rugby and cricket grounds, Rhodes Memorial, also built by Sir Herbert Baker, Constantia wine estates and the acclaimed Kistenbosch Botanical Gardens. It is also close to beaches on the Atlantic seaboard and the Indian Ocean, the airport, Waterfront and Cape Town city centre are 20 minutes away.
From the airport take the N2 (Settlers Way) direction - CITY. Pass the large cooling towers on the right. Pass the turn off to Liesbeeck Parkway. Pass the turn off to Main Road. Look out for the M3 - MUIZENBERG turnoff.
NB. Do not take the M5 - Muizenberg.
Take the M3 turnoff to the LEFT. Pass 2 sets of traffic lights. Take the Claremont exit to the LEFT - Paradise Road. Drive around the circle, leaving the circle to travel up Newlands Road. At the top of the hill (you will have passed 3 sets of lights) - keep to the LEFT - the name changes to TENNANT ROAD. Highlands is NO. 36 on the RIGHT hand side.
