The Southern Sun Newlands Hotel has 162 tastefully furnished guest rooms. All of the rooms and suites include a modem and cell phone recharger point. In the mornings you can enjoy a hearty buffet or continental breakfast in the attractive breakfast room which offers splendid views of the mountain.
Room and suite facilities include a private bathroom with shower, radio, telephone, television, air-conditioning and tea and coffee making facilities. There are approximately 80 double rooms and another 80 are single rooms, (75 rooms are designed for non-smoking).
The Macrib restaurant is open for buffet meals, alternatively an extensive a la carte menu is available. The Southern Sun Newlands has 6 well appointed meeting rooms that can accommodate up to 200 people.
