Colosseum Luxury Hotel offers 68 suites compromising of 34 deluxe suites, 26 executive suites, and 8 presidential penthouses. The luxurious presidential penthouses comprises of 2 or 3 bedrooms with bathrooms. Two rooms are available for disabled guests, and there are non-smoking rooms.

Suites
Each of the Deluxe, Executive and Family suites boast a semi self-catering kitchenette with quality appliances, separate living area and a free-standing bath and shower. The Deluxe and Family suites overlook Century City and Durbanville Hills and the Executive suites offer spectacular views of Table Mountain, Devils Peak, Lions Head and Table Bay.
Penthouses
There are 2 two-bedroomed penthouses and 6 three-bedroomed Presidential Suites at the Colosseum Hotel. Each penthouse is self-catering and comes equipped with a mini bar fridge, microwave, crockery and cutlery and a 6 seater dining room table. Each room boasts a King-sized bed and en-suite bathrooms with a free-standing bath and separate walk in shower.
